Online sessions for adults located in WA, NJ, CO, & PA.
You may be someone others turn to for guidance, stability, or emotional support. Perhaps you’ve built a life around being dependable, accomplished, and attuned to others’ needs, yet find it difficult to extend that same care and understanding toward yourself.
For some, achievement, hyperindependence, and caregiving become deeply connected to their sense of identity and self-worth. These patterns may have developed through early relationships where being responsible, meeting expectations, or prioritizing others became ways of maintaining connection and emotional safety.
Over time, you may notice yourself struggling with boundaries, vulnerability, perfectionism, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions.
For therapists, psychologists, physicians, lawyers, and other high-achieving professionals, professional competence and self-awareness don’t always translate into emotional ease. You may be skilled at navigating complex situations, supporting others, or managing significant responsibilities, yet still find yourself struggling with familiar attachment patterns, emotional vulnerability, or relational dynamics in your personal life.
Through an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and experiential approach, we explore how earlier relationships have shaped your sense of self, emotional needs, and ways of connecting with others.
Our work isn’t about abandoning your ambition, independence, or capacity to care. It’s about developing greater awareness, emotional flexibility, and the ability to experience connection without always needing to be the one holding everything together.
You deserve space to be more than the person everyone relies on.
Whatever you bring, we go at your pace.
You feel guilty when you rest, say no, or put yourself first
