About Me

Hi, I'm Natasha Wahi (she/her) MA, LMHC, LPC, NBCC

I’m Natasha Wahi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and geography from The University of British Columbia (Kelowna) and a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle.

As an anti-racist, intersectional, and relational therapist, I provide a culturally competent, non-judgmental space for all identities. I am a multilingual Indo-Canadian cisgender woman working in the U.S., raised in a Hindu Punjabi family and spending part of my early childhood in the UAE. Growing up across multiple countries deeply shaped my understanding of identity and belonging. Having navigated my own cultural identity challenges, I am passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly within South Asian and other oppressed BIPOC communities. My goal is to help others see the transformative power of therapy and create a space where healing and self-exploration can thrive.

Outside of my career...

Outside of my work with clients and running my practice, you’ll often find me with Simba—my Yellow Lab Retriever and personal therapy assistant—enjoying long walks together. I love staying active, whether at the gym, hiking scenic mountains, snowboarding in the winter, or paddleboarding in the summer. I’m a coffee enthusiast, always on the lookout for a new café, and I believe curating playlists is a true love language. I also have a passion for adrenaline-fueled adventures—I’ve bungee jumped, zip-lined, and skydived, with hopes of earning my free-fall license someday. When I’m not chasing thrills, I enjoy watching documentaries or Indian web series and embracing my Pacific Northwest roots. Traveling is another love of mine, especially when it means spending quality time with family and exploring the world together.
